As director of customer stories at Genesys, she partners across the organization to develop strategic customer storytelling and leads the company’s global Orchestrators Innovation Awards. Previously, she served as thought leadership director at Genesys and has held executive editorial leadership roles at leading B2B media brands, including 1to1 Media, CRM magazine, Direct Marketing News, The Drum and MediaVillage. A founding board member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), Ginger has been recognized as one of Women in CX's Awesome Women to Follow in CX, the #1 CX Industry Influencer by Customer Experience Magazine’s CXMStars Awards and a recipient of the Marketing Club of New York’s Silver Apple lifetime achievement award.
