Genesys is committed to ensuring our artificial intelligence (AI) technology is responsible and fair. Genesys follows strict AI ethics guidelines by applying AI with a purpose, adhering to data standards and addressing bias.
Concerns about the ethical use or development of AI systems or tools at Genesys may be reported through the Genesys Compliance Speak Up line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This line is accessible at www.genesys.ethicspoint.com and allows for anonymous reporting to the extent permitted by law.

Genesys strictly prohibits any form of retaliation. We do not retaliate against an individual for reporting a concern in good faith, even when no evidence is ultimately found to substantiate the report, or an individual who participated in an investigation.
