ISMAP

The Information System Security Management and Assessment Program (ISMAP) is operated by the Japanese government (NISC, the Digital Agency, MIC, and METI). It is designed to ensure that cloud services meet the security standards required for government procurement. Cloud service providers undergo an audit by an ISMAP-registered assessment organization to evaluate their information security measures against ISMAP control criteria. Genesys Cloud was successfully assessed and added to the public ISMAP Cloud Service List.
