Hospitals worldwide had to respond to the fallout from COVID-19 to meet the needs of patients and employees. Rochester Regional Health in Upstate New York was no different. But, because it had a cloud strategy in place already, the team at Rochester Regional responded with incredible agility. Robert Allen

Manager of Communication Center Technical Operations, Rochester Regional Health

Robert is currently the Manager of Communication Center Technical Operations, overseeing both the Operations Support and Workforce teams.  His team recently led the technical build behind Rochester Regional Health’s conversion to Cloud.  Robert has over a decade of experience working in communication centers and is an active member of the Society of Workforce Planning Professions.  His focus is to provide technical solutions to create efficiencies and optimized work flows throughout the system.

Jason Zawodzinski

Sr. Project Manager of Technical Operations, Rochester Regional Health

Jason leads the technical operations of Rochester Regional Health’s state-of-the-art Communication Center, where he oversees Genesys Cloud (700 concurrent licenses) for the entire organization. He has over 15 years of experience working in healthcare, focusing primarily on complex clinical and technology projects throughout his career.  He serves as a key project leader surrounding Rochester Regional Health’s corporate strategy for patient engagement and experience as well as system-level business analytics and reporting.
