S2 Ep. 11 Failure is just a moment in time

It’s said that superheroes aren’t born out of their circumstances; they develop as a result of how they respond and, inevitably, rise above them. It's a matter of perspective: You can dwell on past failures or learn from them and move forward. In this episode of the “Take a Moment” podcast, John Qualls, Purpose.ly CEO and founder of countless cloud technology companies, talks about how he used his failures to propel him to success. In this mini-workshop on entrepreneurship, learn from this serial innovator what it takes to build successful companies — and how the intersection of talent and purpose is key to building the right employee culture.
