S1 Ep. 5 CX Heroes save the day!

Not all heroes wear capes. Some heroes wear a headset and take calls to help people in need. This week on Take a Moment, hear stories from two Genesys CX Hero award winners, Kate Kuehn and Nicole Martin. From saving Christmas for a family in need, to showing compassion to someone in emotional distress, these two amazing women share their philosophies on what it takes to go above and beyond to help people. Kate Kuehn

Kate Kuehn volunteers as a responder on the crisis helpline for Crisis Services Canada (CSC). In November 2017, CSC launched the Canada Suicide Prevention Service (CSPS), a helpline that connects people like Kate to individuals who are feeling despair or need to talk. That moment of connection with another human being provides the opportunity to help people with their challenges.

Nicole Martin

Nicole Martin, customer service representative for MyBudget and Genesys CX Hero, helps individuals and families in Australia who are struggling with managing money. MyBudget has helped more than 100,000 Australians get on the path to financial success, and one family would not have had a Christmas had it not been for the dedication and support from Nicole.
