Since the first episode of “Take a Moment,” you’ve heard from amazing and talented individuals across multiple professions and industries. And 2020 will be no different —with a great lineup of guests and enticing conversations. To wrap up 2019, we thought it was time to go behind the scenes and let you get to know our hosts better. In Part 1 of the Holiday host highlight segment of “Take a Moment,”producer Josh Reed puts host Nathan Bennett in the hot seat. Tune in as we take a deep dive into Nate’s many career paths and examine the roles and positions he’s held — from stage acting in New York to evangelizing the importance of story and brand in a company.
Nathan Bennett has been a part of the Genesys family since 2016. He co-founded and co-hosts the first Genesys podcast, “Take a Moment,” and provides executive speaker coaching and presentation workshops around the globe. His responsibilities include the development of brand narrative, brand positioning, corporate messaging framework, advertising copywriting and key external event messaging. Before joining Genesys, Nathan was a Director of Dining and Dietary Operations for Sodexo. In his early career, Nathan was a professional stage actor and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication.
Josh Reed, a Ball State University graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing, started at Genesys back in 2017 with a passion for audio and video production. With Nathan Bennett and Mari Yamaguchi, he co-founded and produces the first Genesys podcast “Take a Moment.” In addition to the podcast, his responsibilities at Genesys include the production and promotion of global webinars for the award winning Digital Engagement team. Before Genesys, he specialized in brand and e-commerce digital marketing.
