Nikki Adams

Nikki Adams graduated with her Masters Degree in Information and Communications Sciences. She currently maintains tooling, process improvement, governance, and quality assurance for PureConnect Customer Care here at Genesys. She also works cross functionally with other product lines to ensure common sets of processes, tools, and best practices based off ITIL methodologies.

Emma Ehrhardt

Emma Ehrhardt is an Experienced Computational Linguist with a keen eye for both detail and the big picture. This pushes her to speak up when the two don’t seem to be in alignment, and enables her to be a good bridge between the research team & other areas of the company. Emma is passionate about making AI work for society and not the other way around.

Anitha Udupi Nagara

Anitha Udupi Nagara works as a Technical Team Manager at PureConnect customer care, focusing on Recorder product area. She graduated in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University. Anitha started her career at Interactive Intelligence/Genesys in 2013. The reason she loves working for Genesys is the people and varied cultural diversity.
