As Retail Industry Executive for Genesys, Michael’s role is to leverage his diverse global retail and retail technology background to help customers accelerate adoption and optimize the business value of cloud-based, AI-driven customer journey orchestration. Prior to Genesys, Michael helped lead the global go-to-market for the Teradata Retail Industry practice. Michael is a global retail veteran with experience leading strategic international business development, operations, and membership programs for Costco Wholesale, Sam’s Club and Walmart Stores. Michael also has experience developing and leading eCommerce loyalty platforms for American Express, Mastercard and the Affinion Group.
