Jon Capetz is currently a member of the Genesys Customer Success team that's responsible for defining and implementing strategic programs on behalf of the Customer Success organization for our customers and partners alike. As a Strategic Business Consultant within the team, Jon focuses on programs that enable success for the adoption and value realization of Genesys software. Jon has over 20 years of experience in senior roles in software and customer experience solutions, most recently at Bell Labs Consulting as a Senior Principal Consultant. He holds two patents and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
