Jon Capetz

Jon Capetz is currently a member of the Genesys Value Center for Excellence team that's responsible for defining and quantifying value on behalf of customers and partners within the Portfolio Marketing organization. As a Director within the VC team, Jon focuses on customer, partner engagements as well as enablement programs that empower success for Genesys software. Jon has over 20 years of experience in senior roles in software and customer experience solutions, most recently at Bell Labs Consulting as a Senior Principal Consultant.
