Roe Jones, Product Marketing Director at Genesys, has over 25 years of industry experience spanning a variety of roles across Customer Support, Professional Services, Product Management, Commercial Operations and most recently Product Marketing. His current responsibilities include GTM strategies, messaging, positioning and sales enablement for Genesys Cloud architecture and open platform. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, live music, DIY projects and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.
