Mike Szilagyi has over 25 years of technical and leadership experience in the software industry, serving in executive, product management, development, engineering and other technical roles. He is senior vice president and general manager of product management for Genesys Cloud and is responsible for the product strategy, vision and development priorities for the company’s next-generation public cloud, customer experience management platform.
