Josh Goldlust

Josh manages all customer communication channels into Genesys Cloud as well as dynamic conversational user experiences. Prior, he was Sr Dir Product at Salesforce responsible for digital conversational experiences. He’s led several other product teams at Qvidian (acquired by Upland Software), PlumChoice (acquired by Allstate), AT&T, and Neslab (acquired by Thermo). Josh holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS from the University of NH. He holds six patents for emerging products he co-invented.
