Guillaume Lardeux

Guillaume Lardeux is the Head of Transformation and Office of the CEO at Genesys. He is responsible for leading business transformation, IT strategy and the modernization of end-to-end processes and systems. He also oversees the operationalization of company strategy and M&A integrations. Since joining Genesys, Guillaume has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Genesys Engage™ and CX Evolution, and Chief Operating Officer of the Digital and AI business unit. Prior to Genesys, he held various leadership positions in operations, engineering, and M&A integration at Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia). Guillaume holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business and a master’s degree in computer science from Ecole Superieure d’Electronique de l‘Ouest, France.
