Welcome to the 2019 CX Leaders Council (CXLC), the annual gathering of customer experience organisations and leaders from across APAC and beyond. This year, CXLC takes place on 18–20 September, at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa, Vietnam, which is situated on the edge of Danang — and just a short ride from UNESCO world heritage listed site Hoi An.
In 2019, we have commissioned APAC-wide Consumer Insights research to explore how consumers really feel about customer experience. At the event, we’ll unveil the findings of this research and explore the growing relationship between technology and customer experience.
