With over 15 years of technical and leadership experience Jack Nichols serves as the VP of Product Management for Genesys Cloud CX, leading the organizations strategy on developing our platform partner ecosystem. Before Genesys, Jack lead the global network and security infrastructure function at BrightPoint (now Ingram Micro). He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology/computer science from Purdue University and joined E*TRADE Financial upon graduating where he architected and ran multiple global trading data network infrastructures.
