  • Level Up Award: Honoring one organization is successfully using AI extensively to uplevel its experiences, with significant performance improvements and business impact as a result.  
  • Humanitarian Impact Award: Showcasing one nonprofit using the Genesys CloudTM platform to make a difference   
  • Sustainability Impact Award: Honoring one organization driving sustainability goals through the use of Genesys Cloud   
  • Orchestrator of the Year Award: Spotlighting four individuals across roles (C-Suite, CX Leader, Agent, Developer) who embody innovation and empathy in customer and employee experiences
