But it’s also vital to have a place to find answers to your questions about solutions you use every day. In this episode, Jim Crespino, Senior Director of Developer Evangelism at Genesys, takes a deep dive into the Genesys Developer Center — the hub that makes developers more productive. Jim outlines all the great resources in the center, including API documentation, tutorials, blogs, a forum, the DevCast and newsletters. He’ll also talk about some of the cool development work going on with the Genesys Cloud platform — and explains how you can get involved.
Jim Crespino has been writing software since he was a teen when his father brought home a RadioShack TRS-80 Model 1 in the early 1980’s, so he’s a long time geek. His career at Genesys started in 2002 where we worked for almost a decade in a role where he developed custom software for Genesys customers using the Genesys APIs and SDKs. Using the experience he gained while writing custom software he currently helps our ISV partners integrate to Genesys to list their products on the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace and he also evangelizes the integration capabilities of our Genesys contact center platforms to customers and partners.
