Mike Szilagyi is General Manager, SVP, Head of Product at Genesys, where he leads product strategy, management, marketing and experience across the Genesys portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience in software development, product management, and technology leadership, Mike has held roles spanning product management, engineering, operations, and IT. Prior to joining Genesys in 2016, he served in leadership positions at Motorola and an equity market-making firm, where he led software development and technology operations.
