Guillaume is the Head of Transformation and Office of the CEO at Genesys. In his role, Guillaume is responsible for Business Transformation and IT, along with the modernization of the company’s end-to-end processes and systems. Guillaume is also responsible for major company transformation efforts, such as operationalizing Genesys strategy, leading merger & acquisition integrations and divestitures.
Prior to this role, Guillaume was the SVP & GM of Genesys Engage and CX Evolution, and before that he was the SVP & COO, Digital & AI where he was responsible for business and commercial operations of Genesys Cloud fast growing Digital & AI business unit.
Prior to that, Guillaume held several leadership positions in Operations, M&A Integration and Engineering management at Genesys and Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia).
Guillaume holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business and a Master degree in Computer Science from Ecole Superieure d’Electronique de l‘Ouest, France.
