Chief Technology Officer
Glenn Nethercutt is the Chief Technology Officer at Genesys, where he leads and oversees the global product and technology organizations. He brings deep expertise in telecommunications, complex event stream processing, application performance management, OS development, data visualization, and continuous delivery principles. Prior to joining Genesys in 2016, he served as Chief Architect at Interactive Intelligence.
