AppFoundry Partners Representing and Winning at CX17

What a memorable few weeks it has been for the Genesys AppFoundry Partners! Genesys hosted our CX17 events in Indianapolis and Brussels. Attendees enjoyed all the rewarding experiences CX17 had to offer including visionary keynotes, dozens of breakouts, networking events and 1:1 talks with product experts, peers and thought leaders in the industry. And most importantly the Demo Battle and the Partner Pavilion!

Partner Demo Battle

The competition was a hit at last year’s G-Force Miami, so we decided to bring it back (twice) for CX17. Open to AppFoundry members only, the Partner Demo Battle was the perfect arena for partners to showcase their solutions and gain recognition for their innovative customer experience technology.

Many of our AppFoundry partners took advantage of this opportunity – combining their solution and marketing creativity to make a demo video and enter our competition – for the chance to win the title of Genesys AppFoundry App of the Year.

You can check out the full list of contenders for this year’s AppFoundry Demo Battle at CX17 Indy Partner Pavilion and CX17 Brussels Partner Pavilion. From all the awesome videos submitted, Genesys executives selected the top three finalists to reveal on main stage at each event. Our attendees had the final say on who took home the gold by casting their votes in the CX17 mobile app.

Genesys Partner Pavilion

The Partner Pavilion is always popular for attendees as it is a hub to explore all things customer experience. Partners had the opportunity to interact with customers and showcase all the magic they make with Genesys and AppFoundry partners were no exception!
