Laura Lucia is Senior Director of People Operations and HR Transformation at Genesys. She leads global programs designed to improve our employee experience and to promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. In her role, Laura oversees HR technology, compliance and immigration; HR processes improvement and policies; and the HR transformation and digitalization programs. Laura brings more than 25 years of international experience in HR and is an advocate for human-centered HR philosophies and forward-thinking HR strategies. Prior to joining Genesys, Laura led HR operations for Americas and led the HR business partners organization for the Latin America region for Epson America. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and an MBA and has specialized in HR and business innovation.
