After success in promotions and internal marketing, Robin began her 14-year Genesys career (then Interactive Intelligence) by establishing the RFP team then moving to Strategic Account management. Robin now leads an international team based in the US and the Philippines. Robin is passionate about assisting sales best present the company position to win deals. She enjoys writing, American football (as an avid Cleveland Browns fan), is a superhero geek, and lives with her husband and two fur babies in the Bay Area.
