Steve is the Senior Vice President of PureEngage Products for Genesys. He's responsible for defining and driving the development of the product roadmaps and managing the overall PureEngage business. Steve has also held previous roles in product management, as well as in product marketing and sales operations. Prior to Genesys, he worked at Intel Corporation and held product marketing and management positions. He started his career as a sales engineer at AT&T. Steve holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
