Erica Myers

As a Senior Leader in Sustainability and Head of the Global Sustainability Ambassadors, Erica’s expertise and strategic cross-functional collaboration transform concepts into contributions along the entire value chain. Through her experience in the technology, industrial and beverage manufacturing, nonprofit and service industries, she has integrated sustainable practices end-to-end with suppliers, companies, events, partners, prospects, customers and community partners, increasing engagement and generating positive results. During her tenure with Genesys working with and in direct support of the Chief Sustainability Officer, Erica has led teams resulting in the company achieving an EcoVadis Silver Medal Sustainability Rating within her first five months and Gold Medal Sustainability Rating within the next 12 months, for achievement in the areas of Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, Sustainable Procurement and Environment, while the number of Global Sustainability Ambassadors doubled. She has strategically partnered with teams sharing Genesys value proposition to "Win with Sustainability," which influenced $125 million in new and sustained business within two years.
