Vijay Kumar

As Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Services at Genesys, Vijay leads the North America field teams. His responsibilities include leading services revenue teams that are responsible for all sales and post-sales activities, including CX transformations, migrations and cloud services; and building and implementing customer architectures. The team also provides technical advisory services to enable Genesys solutions, help customers derive greater value and achieve better business outcomes from their Genesys technology solutions. Prior to joining Genesys in 2017, Vijay led the sales and services teams at Kony Inc., a leader in the mobile space. Vijay has also led the North American enterprise sales and services teams at HP Software, a $5 billion organization. Prior to HP Software, Vijay led the North America services team at Vignette, an OpenText company.
