After earning a master’s degree and certificates from Oregon State University and Cornell University, Victoria has over two decades of leadership experience as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader with Genesys, Kaiser Permanente, and Oregon Health & Science University. As an HR thought partner, she is an innovative global leader whose passion is to create equitable opportunity for all at every level of the organization by centering equity in existing and newly developed operational, learning, and people strategies across the business to effect and sustain culture change. Victoria’s niche is building a DE&I infrastructure from the ground up, accelerating growth, and identifying and developing diverse talent. She leads training strategies, curating on-demand experiences to meet business imperatives with an inclusive lens. She was named to the “Top 20 Most Influential” list at Oregon State University for leading a multimillion-dollar campaign to construct four culture-specific facilities--the first of their kind in the U.S. As an advocate of community service, she serves on the Oregon State University Alumni Association board and several local community non-profits dedicated to advancing underrepresented communities. A retired marathon runner, Victoria enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking, and… auditioning for reality and game shows. She is one of six siblings who are first-generation Vietnamese Americans. She is now is a native of Oregon residing in Portland with her family.
