Rakesh Tailor is Director of Product Management for Interaction Analytics, Quality Management and Performance Management for the Genesys Multicloud CX solution. Rakesh joined Genesys in 2006 as part of the acquisition of VoiceGenie, a VoiceXML based platform startup. His 17 years of experience in contact center technology and solutions span a variety of roles, including Software Development, R&D Management, Solution Architecture and Product Management with expertise in communications, media processing, speech and text analytics, user experience and process optimization.
