Chris Becker

Chris Becker is the Global VP of Business and Industry Value Group at Genesys, a team he grew from its inception five years ago. The group is responsible for internal and external value consulting resulting in elevated discussions on the business and operational value of AI-Powered Experience Orchestration across the business, not just in IT. He and his team partner with stakeholders to fuse customer intent, company workflows, design thinking workshops, customer and employee experience implications and benchmarked KPIs that directly translate to realized customer value and mutual growth. They also sponsor offer development to accelerate market development, such as Health CX and the Guidewire Cloud Connector. The strategic accounts, vertical industries and new markets covered by Chris’ team have grown over three times the pace of the overall business. Prior to joining Genesys, Chris held a series of consultative sales roles over a fifteen-year career at Cisco Systems.
