Genesys.com captures the adaptability and fluidity of human conversation. At the same time, it gets you to the heart of big ideas and customer stories, with simplified navigation and the right content—at the right time.
The Solutions section offers insights based on your role and desired outcomes. Whether you are in customer service, sales or marketing, you’ll find all the information needed to improve net promoter scores (NPS), close more deals and boost marketing campaign performance. And throughout the web experience, Genesys products are more tangible and highlight our customers’ successes.
Your success in transforming your customer experience is important, so we developed an entire section devoted to it. Review key scenarios, based on our experience working with more than 10,000 customers worldwide, to achieve better results. We also intend to enrich this area with more content and scenarios over time.

The Genesys website is global and will be available in 24 languages. It launched in English this week and will roll out in additional languages soon. And, no matter what device you use, the website is easier to use and offers a great mobile experience.
