Heineken Mexico completely transformed its operational model and increased outbound productivity by 20%. Then there’s Harambee, winner of our first CX Game Changer award. Nominations Now Open for the 2019 Genesys Customer Innovation Awards

At Genesys, we’re fortunate enough to work with some of the most impressive customer service leaders across the globe—from small businesses just beginning to taste success, to the world’s most iconic brands. Nothing gives us greater pleasure than applauding their customer service successes and bringing them together to share knowledge and best practices.

Now in its 14th consecutive year, the Genesys Customer Innovation Awards recognize the innovation, ingenuity, and dedication that these leaders have for making their customers’ experiences a top priority. It’s time to recognize the customer experience innovators all around you.

I’m excited to share that our nomination process is now open for the 2019 Genesys Customer Innovation Awards. You can nominate your company in one of the seven award categories:

  • CX Globetrotter – The best global rollout of the Genesys customer experience platform
  • CX Innovator – The best omnichannel customer success story
  • CX Mover – The best cloud customer migration and/or deployment (for small, medium and large environments)
  • CX Visionary – The best success story of switching to Genesys from another platform
  • CX Game Changer – The best story of making a difference with customer experience technology
  • CX Sales and Marketing Performer – The best sales and marketing success story
  • CX Team Player – The best team productivity success story

This year, we added two new award categories. The CX Sales and Marketing Performer award will acknowledge roles that are increasingly critical to informed decision making around customer experience. The CX Team Player award recognizes productivity improvements using Genesys automation tools, such as Workforce Engagement Management and Workload Management.

This year, there will be nine winners in seven awards categories. And while we always have numerous deserving customers, there’s only one way to win: Submit your nominations by April 5, 2019. Winners will be announced on June 12 at Xperience19.
