Connect With Your Coworkers for CX Day and Win a Great Prize

Happy CX Day and Customer Service Week! You’ve worked hard all year connecting with your customers. Now it’s time to have some fun and connect with your colleagues. Show how well you know Genesys, make some moments connected with your peers — and win!

Here’s how it works: The first step is to answer nine questions about Genesys (Hint: You can find answers to these questions on Genesys.com). Once you submit your answers, we’ll send you a jigsaw puzzle to put together with your peers. Take a break from work each day and add a puzzle piece, then post your completed puzzle to Twitter, tag the @Genesys handle and use the #CXLife hashtag.

But don’t take too long: The first three people to complete the puzzle and share on Twitter, get a free pass to Xperience 2020 — the CX event of the year. All puzzles must be completed by October 30, 2019 to be eligible for the prize.
