Eligible Customers or Partners must be current on Genesys Business or Premium Care maintenance.

Free trial includes up to two (2) free trial licenses per account.
A trial license can only be provided to users with My Support login credentials.
Customer must fulfill these requirements prior to requesting a trial license:
A server (virtual or physical) must be available on-premises and provisioned with the following:
Windows 2008 or CENTOS 6.5 server
XEON class 2.X GHz processor
8 GB of virtual memory
500 GB of disk storage
Corporate Public IP Address for each installation
Email Customer Care team with scheduled and upcoming Maintenance Windows so we may suppress alarms during that timeframe
Trial license subscribers must also download and install the Genesys Care Mobile App. For details, please login to My Support and select Remote Alarm Monitoring from the right-side menu.
Trial license subscribers may cancel the trial license at any time prior to the 60-day evaluation period by submitting an email to customercare@genesys.com. Otherwise, the trial license will automatically expire or be renewed per a Genesys Care service contract.
