Remote Alarm Monitoring Trial
Terms & Conditions

  • Eligible Customers or Partners must be current on Genesys Business or Premium Care maintenance.
  • On-Premises accounts only.
  • Free trial includes up to two (2) free trial licenses per account.
  • A trial license can only be provided to users with My Support login credentials.
  • Customer must fulfill these requirements prior to requesting a trial license:
    • A server (virtual or physical) must be available on-premises and provisioned with the following:
    • Windows 2008 or CENTOS 6.5 server
    • XEON class 2.X GHz processor
    • 8 GB of virtual memory
    • 500 GB of disk storage
    • Corporate Public IP Address for each installation
    • Email Customer Care team with scheduled and upcoming Maintenance Windows so we may suppress alarms during that timeframe
  • Trial license subscribers must also download and install the Genesys Care Mobile App. For details, please login to My Support and select Remote Alarm Monitoring from the right-side menu.
  • Trial license subscribers may cancel the trial license at any time prior to the 60-day evaluation period by submitting an email to customercare@genesys.com. Otherwise, the trial license will automatically expire or be renewed per a Genesys Care service contract.
