Customer service isn’t an easy job. And no one appreciates the work of customer service agents more than we do. That’s why, almost a year ago, we announced the Genesys Heroes program on the mainstage at Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas.

The CX Heroes program recognizes the hard-working, caring customer service agents who go above and beyond to help their customers on a daily basis. Engaging with businesses shouldn’t be any different than engaging with people. And the heroes behind that engagement, of course, are customer service representatives.

We are very pleased to announce that the following Genesys Heroes will be recognized in person on the mainstage at Xperience19 in Denver in June.

Meet Our CX Heroes

  1. Nicole Martin, MyBudget, Australia: On the last business day before Christmas, Nicole answered a frantic call from a customer. It was up to her to save Christmas for the family — and she did. Read the blog to get the full story.
  2. Kate Kuehn, Crisis Services Canada, Canada: As a responder for Crisis Services Canada, Kate provides support for individuals in distress, facing crises or those who might be experiencing suicidal thoughts. Read the blog to learn more about the work of this CX Hero.
  3. Caique Augusto da Mata, Bradesco Next, Brazil: Caique answers several questions via chat throughout the day as a customer service representative at Bradesco Next bank. And, in one of those chat sessions, he offered more than just financial information — he helped save a romance. Find out how.

Thank you to all those who have submitted CX Heroes stories. Please keep your entries coming.

CX Heroes winners will be announced throughout the year and featured on the Genesys blog as well as on Genesys.com. Six grand prize winners will be selected; the three winners listed here will attend Xperience19 in Denver, Colorado.

We’ll choose another three winners to attend G-Summit in Amsterdam in September. All grand prize winners receive airfare, hotel and registration fees for them and a work colleague to share in the experience.

We know there are many more CX Heroes out there — and we want to recognize them for their outstanding jobs. The first step is to nominate yourself or a colleague. Please submit your CX Heroes stories and nominations today.

Also take a look at the Xperience19 agenda and register for the customer experierence event of the year.
