We’re thrilled to announce the finalists for the 2023 Genesys Customer Innovation Awards. With an outstanding number of quality submissions, the competition this year was fiercer than ever. Our panel of judges had the difficult task of narrowing down the entries to select the most innovative and impactful companies that are transforming customer and employee experiences across a variety of industries.
The finalists represent a diverse range of organizations — large and small — from across the globe. These organizations are shining examples of how to leverage innovation to enhance customer engagement and drive business success.
And there’s no better place to recognize these outstanding achievements — and announce the winners — than at Xperience 2023 in Denver, June 19–21.

This category recognizes the organization that’s taking a modern approach to Experience Orchestration through both customer experience and employee experience.
A CX Innovator pushes the limits to deliver a consistent and unified experience while engaging customers across the channels of their choice. This category is split into two subcategories based on size.
This category recognizes customers once invested in a legacy, hardware-based contact center platform solution or those that have transitioned from another cloud environment to a Genesys cloud-based solution. Four CX Mover Award winners will be chosen according to implementation (this includes three customers and a partner).
The EX Mobilizer category is dedicated to the customer that put the success of its team and workforce engagement management at the heart of its transformation.
