Instead of a “one-size-fits-all” approach, multicloud gives customers what they really want — control and flexibility.
That was a key takeaway from my recent conversation with John Hernandez on our “The Consultant Podcast.” John, Executive Vice President and General Manager for Genesys Multicloud, shared some details on why the recent Genesys Multicloud CX™ on Microsoft Azure announcement is a big deal for the industry.
The Genesys Multicloud CX solution is platform-agnostic — supporting any delivery model or cloud architecture that customers need. “We fit within their existing technologies… and offer different deployment types, depending on what the customer requires,” said John Hernandez.
As the only containerized contact center platform in the world, Genesys Multicloud CX lets customers run in any public cloud — or within their own cloud. Hernandez believes this quote from a tech giant says it all: “Multicloud is essential to all our technology going forward. In fact, we’re so aligned with Genesys — and so committed to this approach — that our other vendors who are unable to offer this model will not be a part of our future.”
