What is Xperience?

Xperience 2022 is the two-day virtual customer experience event of the year. Attendees from around the globe will include Genesys customers and prospects, industry visionaries, and market experts ― coming together to share and learn about new strategies for deploying artificial intelligence, innovations in digital and Genesys platform enhancements. When is Xperience 2022?

Can I attend both Wave 1 and Wave 2?

Yes. Your registration gives you 24-hour access to the Xperience event platform so you can view the content during both waves.

Why is Xperience 2022 a virtual event?

The safety and well-being of our attendees, customers and employees is our top priority. Over the last year, we’ve been closely monitoring the evolving situation of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure we take every precaution necessary to deliver a safe and successful event. By making Xperience 2022 a virtual conference we’re removing the need for attendees to be present in person while still enabling them to experience all the event content.

Will there be an Xperience 2022 in-person event?

Xperience will solely be a virtual conference in 2022. While we’re disappointed not to be gathering in person this year, Xperience aims to deliver all the benefits gained from attending in person.

When will I have access to the Xperience virtual event platform?

Registrants of Xperience will be able to access the conference’s virtual platform starting June 7. This is a good time to become familiar with the platform, as content will begin to release with the opening of the conference on June 8.

How do I access the Xperience virtual event?

To access the virtual event, you must first register here. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a personalized link — click and join. Access the live event by clicking here.

How do I get answers to questions that aren’t covered in the Event FAQ?

How do I register?

How much does registration cost for Xperience and what’s included?

Xperience is free for all attendees and includes access to keynotes, breakthrough and breakout sessions, expert panels, demos, the sponsor and Genesys communities, networking and more.

Is there a cancellation policy?

It’s not necessary to cancel before the event.

Are there terms and conditions and a privacy policy?

Does Xperience have a code of conduct?

Genesys is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all. Genesys expects our attendees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The code of conduct is located within event terms and conditions under “Prohibited User Conduct.”

How do I make changes to or modify my registration information?

Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “View Profile.” You can edit your details and update your event profile and click “Save and Continue” throughout the “Your Event Badge,” “About You” and “Social Links” pages to complete the change. If you provided information that cannot be updated in “My Profile,” send an email to [email protected].

Technical troubleshooting

What browser do I need to view Xperience?

We recommend using any current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Internet Explorer 11.

Can I access Xperience on my mobile device?

Yes. Xperience content is fully optimized for mobile viewing. However, we recommend that you attend Xperience on your desktop or laptop computer.

Is closed captioning available?

Xperience is being hosted on a virtual event platform that provides closed captioning of video content in a variety of languages. Look for “cc” in the lower right-hand corner of the video player for the CC button to enable captions in a language of your choosing. Expect captions to start within 10–15 seconds.

How do I join a session?

To join a session, log in to Xperience at the appropriate time. Select “Agenda” in the main navigation. There will be a “Join now” button once the session is live.

How do I build my event agenda and add sessions to “My Favorites?”

Before building your schedule, you must be registered and logged in to the Xperience virtual event platform. Once registered, select “Agenda” in the main navigation and click the heart icon to the right of each session title to add the session to your “My Favorites” tab and create your personalized schedule.

Can I access Xperience content through the event website session calendar appointment application?

Yes. When you add a session to “My Favorites” you will be prompted with the option to add that session to your personal calendar with a link back to the selected session included. Download the ICS file for your preferred application to add to your personal calendar.

There’s a lot of content happening at the same time. Will I have the chance to view any sessions I miss?

Yes. Select keynotes, breakthrough and breakout sessions, expert panels, and sponsor and Genesys communities will be available within the event platform until September 9 at midnight PT.
