Brian has spent his career focused on delivering CX solutions to midsize and enterprise customers. His work has spanned premise contact centers, and modern Omni Channel SaaS architectures. Brian is passionate about the profound changes and business and operational opportunities that can be realized though Cloud applications.
Prior to joining Genesys, held a variety of roles focused on product management, sales and new product introduction.  He has spent the last several years leading the Genesys Cloud growth efforts. Brian has a BS in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Richmond and an Advanced Management Certificate from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
