Scott Cravotta

Chief Customer Officer

Scott Cravotta is the Chief Customer Officer of Genesys. Leading one-third of the company’s global workforce, his teams are responsible for enabling customers to maximize the value of their Genesys solutions and achieve better business outcomes. Since joining Genesys in 2015, Scott has held several leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Customer Success and Service and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services. Previously, Scott was the Senior Vice President in Worldwide Professional Services at OpenText following the acquisition of GXS, where he served as the Senior Vice President for Global Professional Services. Earlier in his career, he was a Division Vice President and General Manager of ADP.
