Jonathan McKenzie

Jonathan McKenzie is the Senior Product Manager in Self-Service and Automation at Genesys. He has over eight years of experience in large-scale self-service transformations, including IVR application design, consulting, sales and marketing. Jonathan came to Genesys from the SpeechStorm acquisition in late 2015. In his current role, Jonathan is responsible for Intelligent Automation product strategy and commercialization of digital and bots. On a day-to-day basis, he works closely with engineering, sales and marketing to help define and execute on product roadmaps to drive innovation and revenue growth. In his pastime, Jonathan enjoys playing football, fishing, golfing and traveling.
