Senior Director, Customer Success Operations

Richard started his career in IT/Telecom working for Pacific Bell on the original cloud communications system, Centrex, as it disappeared and went “on prem” as digital PBX’s. Over the next 25 years he worked as a consultant globally providing technical and strategic consulting, program leadership, and interim executive management to customers large and small in the private and public sectors. In 2013 he joined Airbnb, Inc. as Head of IT which included cloud-based CX infrastructure worldwide. He joined Genesys in 2015 as Customer Journey Leader focused on delivering great business outcomes with the least effort for Genesys cloud customers. He is now leading Customer Engagement globally for PureCloud within the Cloud Customer Success organization.
