Throughout my time at Motorola, Ameritech, 3Com, Cisco and now Genesys, I’ve helped to fuel the emergence of new industries, introduce new business models and drive significant market disruption. Over the past 6 years, I have narrowed my focus to specialize and become a subject matter expert, in the areas of business collaboration and customer experience technologies. What an amazing time to be in this industry!
