Dave is the Global Lead for PureConnect Customer Care at Genesys. Dave manages a team of over 200, spread across the globe to ensure customers are supported 24 x 7, throughout the year. He came to Genesys via the Interactive Intelligence acquisition and previously held a number of roles within Professional Services including Director of PureConnect in EMEA, as well as Director of North American Engineering for PureConnect.
