Guillaume is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Genesys Engage and PureConnect, responsible for Product Strategy, Product Management, Engineering and overall P&L and Operations management. Previously, Guillaume was COO, Digital and AI, where he was responsible for business and commercial operations. Prior to that, Guillaume held several leadership positions in Business Transformation and Operations, M&A Integration and R&D at Genesys and Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), during a rapid phase of growth. Guillaume holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business and a Master degree in Computer Science from Ecole Superieure d’Electronique de l‘Ouest, France.
