Lukau Matuka

Lukau Matuka is the Director of Global Sales Development Training and Enablement at Genesys, where she builds high-quality, high-revenue enablement programs to support Genesys global sales development function. She’s also a co-founder of the Genesys Women of Color Alliance. With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing and leadership roles, Lukau focuses on forging cross-functional partnerships with sales to identify, develop and accelerate sales pipeline. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ball State University and an MBA from Anderson University. Passionate about her community and education, Lukau is active in various organizations throughout Central Indiana. She currently sits on the DeVoe Division of Business Advisory Board for Indiana Wesleyan and teaches marketing courses part-time at the University of Indianapolis. Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Central Africa, she believes knowledge is power and we all have the ability to self-educate on important issues to help change the narrative globally.
