Atul joined Genesys in 2022 and leads the development of native digital channel support for Genesys Cloud, with a focus on key platforms like WhatsApp. With over a decade of experience in managing messaging channels and communication technologies, he brings strong technical and product expertise to the role. Atul is passionate about driving innovation to enhance customer experiences across digital touchpoints. Prior to Genesys, he served as a product manager at Phreesia and mGage.
