Terms and conditions

Charitable organisations must meet and verify the following criteria:

  • Federally recognised charitable organisation
    • In the US, the organisation must be an IRS 501(c)(3) organisation and provide their Form 990
    • In Canada, the organisation must be a registered charity and provide their T3010
    • All other countries: must submit proof of officially recognised charitable status
  • Not in the government, education or healthcare verticals
  • Operating budget less than $100 million US
  • Charitable religious organisations must provide assistance regardless of the religious beliefs of recipients
