Genesys Appoints Sajin Rehan as Vice President Sales and General Manager for South Asia

In his role, Sajin will lead the Genesys business in India and Southeast Asia

Singapore  May, 09, 2017 — Genesys® (www.genesys.com/en-sg), the global leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact centre solutions, announced the appointment of Sajin Rehan as vice president sales and general manager for South Asia. In his role, Sajin will lead the Genesys business in India and Southeast Asia, leveraging key opportunities within these rapidly developing markets.

Originally from United Kingdom with 19 years of experience living and working in Asia, Sajin brings to Genesys an extensive track record in business transformation across enterprise software sales, managed services and cloud services. With a depth of experience in both consulting and sales, he is an expert in defining strategy, developing innovative working models and delivering high levels of value that result in increased customer loyalty.

Prior to joining Genesys, Sajin held various leadership positions at Oracle, Opower and First Data. He was head of Asia Sales (South Asia and China) within Oracle Utilities, leading the India and Southeast Asia teams toward success. He was also managing director of Opower APAC, where he found new ways to reposition products and services to win multi-million dollar cloud deals. As Asia vice president of sales at First Data, he successfully redefined the company’s China go to market strategy, and won its largest ever enterprise software deal in Southeast Asia.
